Almond Milk


Low in glycemic

· 1 cup of organic almonds

· 4 cups of water

· A pinch of sea salt

First soak almonds overnight in water and ½ tsp of salt to break down and make beneficial enzymes in the almonds.


Second blend in the blender and or use a nut juicing bag.


Third put juice in fridge as it will last 2 weeks.


You can add a little vanilla for taste.
