Healthy Horchata Shake
Protein shakes can taste good and are great before a workout. Try this one from Quest Protein.
INGREDIENTS: SERVING SIZE: ½ recipe

Protein will help build, and repair tissue, make enzymes, and hormones, and regulate the immune system. Also, keep you fuller longer.
1 1/2 scoops Quest® Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 cups ice
1-ounce espresso
4 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
In a blender, combine the Quest Protein Powder™, almond milk, ice, sweetener, espresso, syrup, and cinnamon.
Blend the mixture until thick and smooth Pour the mixture into two glasses.
In a small mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and sweetener. Using a hand mixer, mix until stiff peaks form.
Top evenly between both shakes and serve.
