Healthy Horchata Shake

Protein shakes can taste good and are great before a workout. Try this one from Quest Protein.


INGREDIENTS: SERVING SIZE: ½ recipe

Calories: 140 Protein: 15g Fat: 19g Net Carbs: 3g Fiber: 1g












Protein will help build, and repair tissue, make enzymes, and hormones, and regulate the immune system. Also, keep you fuller longer.


  • 1 1/2 scoops Quest® Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 cups ice

  • 1-ounce espresso

  • 4 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener


In a blender, combine the Quest Protein Powder™, almond milk, ice, sweetener, espresso, syrup, and cinnamon.


Blend the mixture until thick and smooth Pour the mixture into two glasses.


In a small mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and sweetener. Using a hand mixer, mix until stiff peaks form.


Top evenly between both shakes and serve.
